Chuao Chocolatier
Okay, Chuao isn't running a Prime Day deal right now but they ARE on Amazon, and they absolutely deserve a spot on this list. Founded in 2002, their Joy Factory is literally in Carlsbad, and every single bar is handcrafted in small batches. Firecracker, Potato Chip, Honeycomb... these are not your average chocolate bars.
